Sourced from the lush highlands of Jinotega, Nicaragua, this coffee is a thoughtfully curated field blend from member farmers of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers — a collective known for quality, sustainability, and innovation at origin. Before decaffeination, only the most expressive coffees were selected: naturally processed and carbonic maceration lots chosen specifically to preserve sweetness and complexity in the final cup.
The coffee is then gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a 100% chemical-free method that removes caffeine while keeping the coffee’s original character intact.
