Introducing Our Spring Menu 🌸☕

Introducing Our Spring Menu 🌸☕

Spring has officially arrived at Neighbors—and with it, a new menu inspired by brighter days, fresh ingredients, and playful flavors.

This season, we leaned into balance: familiar coffee foundations paired with unexpected twists, fruit-forward notes, and delicate floral elements. Everything is designed to feel refreshing, a little nostalgic, and perfect for warmer weather.

All beverages are 16oz and served iced only—built for sunny mornings, afternoon walks, and everything in between.

What’s on the Menu

Raspberry Bliss

A weekend-only treat that feels equal parts indulgent and refreshing.
Espresso meets mocha and raspberry, finished with a light raspberry cold foam and a dusting of raspberry powder. It’s rich, slightly tart, and incredibly smooth.

Mango Sticky Rice Soda

One of the most unique drinks we’ve ever put on the menu.
Green tea, mango, and toasted rice syrup come together with Topo Chico for a sparkling, lightly sweet experience. Topped with matcha cold foam and crispy popped rice for texture—it’s layered, unexpected, and seriously fun.

Sumo Spritz

Bright, citrusy, and ultra-refreshing.
Espresso and Topo Chico are lifted with sumo orange syrup and finished with a fresh orange slice. Think coffee meets spritz—light, crisp, and perfect for spring afternoons.

Early Blossom Latte

Soft, floral, and beautifully balanced.
Earl Grey tea, milk, and sumo orange syrup are topped with a mascarpone cold foam infused with orange blossom. It’s delicate but expressive—like spring in a cup.

Matcha in Bloom

A matcha-forward drink with a creamy, citrus finish.
Ceremonial grade matcha paired with jasmine syrup and your choice of milk, finished with a mascarpone cold foam infused with yuzu and lemon zest. Smooth, bright, and refreshing.

Why We Built This Menu

Spring is all about transition—longer days, warmer weather, and a shift toward lighter, more vibrant flavors. We wanted this menu to reflect that.

You’ll find:

  • Citrus and fruit layered into coffee in new ways

  • Floral notes that feel subtle, not overpowering

  • Texture and contrast (cold foams, carbonation, toppings)

  • Drinks that feel just as good to sip as they do to share

Come Try It

Whether you’re stopping by after a run, meeting a friend, or just looking to try something new—this menu was made for you.

We’re really proud of this one.

See you soon 🌸☕
