Exciting news from behind the scenes at Neighbors’ — we’ve got new coffees on the way, and they’re almost ready to make their debut.
Over the past few weeks, our team has been gathered around the cupping table sampling fresh coffees from A Coffee Family in Colombia, a group of producers we’re proud to partner with. Two coffees stood out immediately — both complex, expressive, and incredibly fun to taste.
🌸 Washed Tabi
This coffee is all about elegance and clarity. On the cupping table, the washed tabi showed off tea-like body with soft floral notes, making it clean, light, and beautifully balanced. It’s a calming, refined cup — perfect for slow mornings, pour overs, and anyone who loves a delicate coffee experience.
🍇🥭🍍 Honey Red Bourbon
This one brought the energy. The honey red bourbon was juicy, sweet, and fruit-forward, with notes of concord grape, mango, pineapple, and other ripe, juicy fruits jumping out of the cup. It’s vibrant, playful, and the kind of coffee that makes you stop mid-sip and say, “Whoa.”
